This past weekend Joachim Parbo rode to a strong 3rd place finish at the Danish national championships aboard his Chris King equipped Cielo Cross Racer. From Parbo:
Super happy about 3rd at the 2014 Danish Cyclocross National Championships. Finally, back on the podium after two years of lurking right outside. This was my 10th CX medal since 2003. Struggling with a recent nasty cold, 7 days on antibiotics ending Saturday and frost bite back in December – I can’t really believe I could land this one ?!? Oh, one explanation does come to mind: It was a muddy, technical course the way I f’n like it …!!!
He is now well positioned for a World Championships berth and we look forward to seeing a steel bike mix it up in a field flooded with carbon. You will know as soon as we do so stay tuned for updated information.
