RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase made on this Site, you may return it for an exchange or refund in accordance with this return policy. In order to initiate a return, you must contact King Cycle Group by phone (800-523-6008) or email (info@chrisking.com) within thirty (30) days of receipt of your order and obtain a return authorization number (RAN). No RAN will be issued after such 30 day period and no returns will be accepted without a RAN. You must ship the item to King Cycle Group within thirty (30) days of receipt of the RAN. You are responsible for all shipping costs and are encouraged to insure your package. All items being returned must be in new condition, never assembled, installed, or used, and in the original box with all manufacturer packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items which are customized or not in saleable condition or to charge a 20% restocking fee. Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from this Site. If you have purchased your item from a King Cycle Group dealer, you should return the item directly to the dealer where the item was purchased.
After we have received your valid return, we will provide one of the following within a reasonable time, at our discretion: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned; a non-transferable merchandise credit; a non-transferable gift certificate or gift card; a credit to the payment card used to pay for the product; a check; or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances. If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions, including (without limitation) basing our response on the current sales price. Products purchased as gifts can be refunded in full to the original purchaser; alternatively we can provide a credit to the gift recipient. Gift exchanges will show on the order history of the original purchaser. King Cycle Group is unable to refund postage on returned gift items.
