To commemorate the 40th anniversary of Chris King Precision Components, we have pulled together a very limited offering of collector’s kits in our “Olive Crate” colorway. The color name is a throw back to the large agriculture crates that Chris poached from a nearby olive orchard and used to move his shop to Portland over ten years ago. The parts also feature a labor intensive brushed finish that is something we have never offered before and unique to this offering.
Every kit includes a hub set, bottom bracket, headset, and a 58mm espresso tamper. Kits are numbered and include a timeline booklet as well as a letter of authenticity. Limited 40 kits per configuration. A wheel build upgrade is available featuring ENVE, HED, and Stan’s rims when configuring your kit for an additional charge.

In addition to the kits we have produced a selection of stand-alone items that have been limited to 100 units per item as well as some stand-alone wheel builds.
ALL ITEMS ARE PRE-ORDER AND WILL SHIP WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER ORDER IS PLACED. KITS ARE LIMITED TO ONE PER CUSTOMER.
For International orders, Collectors Kits include free International Economy shipping. For 40th standalone items, shipping will be quoted based on International recipient address, item(s) dimension and weight. All VAT, brokerage, taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient. For domestic orders the price of all items includes free ground shipping service.
