Digital Marketing Lead
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to address marketing and customer service through social media channels. Maintain and expand relationships through all forms of electronic media. Create and develop material that represents our company and product. Possess high level of enthusiasm for cycling in general.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Maintain and continue to grow our social media presence.
• Create and administer company content on relevant social media platforms.
• Monitor and help resolve customer comments posted on social media.
• Work with Marketing Manager to develop and execute social media posting schedules
• Work with analytics to constantly improve our digital presence and recommend changes
• Drive customer engagement with brand and attract new audiences
• Prepares reports as requested
• Develop a deep awareness of our products, company ethos, culture and manufacturing practices
• Demonstrate positive morale, professionalism and enthusiasm for company product, operations and initiatives
• Takes initiative and prioritizes tasks throughout the workday
• Process and record information accurately
• Able to adapt to changing circumstances and solve customer issues
• Adobe suite, photography & graphic design skills a plus
