Seeking qualified applicants for a Human Resources/Safety Administrative Assistant responsible for a variety of human resources tasks and support projects including but not limited to: enrolling employees in benefits, tracking attendance, tracking 401k meetings and communications, and company event planning and support. Additionally, this person will be responsible for leading and maintaining our Safety Program as mandated by OSHA and best business practices.
This position demands a high level of attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and an enthusiastic attitude.
Requirements include Intermediate Word, Intermediate Excel, 2 years of HR support and a minimum of 2 years of Safety Committee participation. OSHA training and coursework is preferred. Customer service experience is helpful as this position interacts with numerous departments and staff members.
